The mission of God's "Linchpin" is to assist Victims Of Alcohol (VOA) who have been violated and have suffered from a societal alcohol related malfeasance, or what should be referred to as, America's Weapon of Mass Destruction, whether it be physical, emotional, financial, criminal, loss of family, loss of spiritual being, binge drinking children in college, domestic violence, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), etc. The alcohol beverage industry should be responsible for the above crimes against humanity!
The abuse of alcohol is America's Greatest Tragedy. The loss of human life and the costs to society from alcohol related problems far exceed the damage done by all the illegal drugs combined or the harm caused by the tobacco industry. Yet scant effective attention is paid to the alcohol problem by our elected leaders at all levels of government. Human suffering caused by alcohol abuse is staggering. It is one problem that is totally preventable.
This never ending tragedy happens because the United States has failed to adequately protect the public from this nightmarish menace. Greedy special interest groups, led by the alcohol industry, have corrupted the democratic process by buying votes with their campaign contributions and charitable contributions. Efforts to bring drunk driving, irresponsible industry practices and alcohol abuse problems under strong control have been blocked for many years. Profits have been put above the lives of innocent people. The alcohol industry, especially the beer industry, controls our legislative bodies on issues that are important to them. And as a result, for the victims of drunk driving and alcohol abuse, there simply is no democracy and no justice.
VOAI manages a
registry of potential plaintiffs in future class-action/individual litigation.
Although VOAI is a grassroots organization, we can be the DAVID (David and
Goliath) that conquered. Like VOAI, the Victims Of Alcohol (VOA)
class action/Individual effort is a

How many is a critical mass? We receive at least one unsolicited call every day
-- often several --telling of some mistreatment, abuse, deception, or violation
of Constitutional rights. The American treatment tragedy may come to an end in a

Litigation for advertising, labeling and for what a person suffers does not mean a thing to the Courts against the Alcohol Beverage Industry.

Violence to a fetus: Voting 252 for and 172 against, the House on April 26,2001 passed a bill (HR 503) giving a human fetus "at any stage of development" the same legal rights as it's pregnant mother when a federal crime is committed against the mother. Beginning at conception, it would have standing as a victim if it were harmed during a violent crime. Judges could impose extra punishment for the fetal crime, excluding the death penalty. The bill is now before the Senate.
Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS):(click) An irreversible medical condition associated with excessive consumption of alcohol by a pregnant woman. The “fetal alcohol syndrome” child is born with low birth weight, noticeable facial deformities (typically, an undeveloped nose and eyes closely set) as well as other developmental deficiencies. Low brain function is the norm for these children. With severe cases, the child dies within a few years of birth, due to abnormalities caused by the birth mother’s excessive use of alcohol.
