Tough Love for Troubled Teen Agers
Alcohol #1 Drug of Teenagers: Statistics show that young people are drinking younger and more frequently than previously, often beginning around the age of 13. Partnership for a Drug-Free America found that more than 6,000 died in alcohol-related traffic accidents in 1995.
Young Drinkers - Young people ages 12 to 20 consume one-fifth of the nation's alcohol, a new study suggests. The group issued a report last year saying that young people ages 12 through 20 consume 25 percent of the nation's alcohol.
