The mission of God's "Linchpin" is to assist victims of alcohol (VOA) who have been violated and have suffered from a societal alcohol related malfeasance, whether it be physical, emotional, financial, criminal, loss of family, loss of spiritual being, binge drinking children in college, domestic violence, Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS), etc. The alcohol beverage industry should be responsible for the above crimes against humanity!

God's "Linchpin" is the only "How To" book that will give the reader/victim the necessary tools and information that will be needed to file a lawsuit against the alcohol beverage industry.

Violence to a fetus: Voting 252 for and 172 against, the House on April 26,2001 passed a bill (HR 503) giving a human fetus "at any stage of development" the same legal rights as it's pregnant mother when a federal crime is committed against the mother. Beginning at conception, it would have standing as a victim if it were harmed during a violent crime. Judges could impose extra punishment for the fetal crime, excluding the death penalty. The bill is now before the Senate.

Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS):  An irreversible medical condition associated with excessive consumption of alcohol by a pregnant woman.  The “fetal alcohol syndrome” child is born with low birth weight, noticeable facial deformities (typically, an undeveloped nose and eyes closely set) as well as other developmental deficiencies.  Low brain function is the norm for these children.  With severe cases, the child dies within a few years of birth, due to abnormalities caused by the birth mother’s excessive use of alcohol.

(Authors note: Congress has just indicted the administration and the Alcohol Beverage Industry of committing a violation of a person's constitutional rights. Fetal Alcohol Syndrome (FAS) maims a fetus by the use of the poison/drug alcohol. FAS is a violent act against a fetus!)
