Mr. Campbell focuses his practice on civil litigation and the defense of premises liability, products
liability, and negligence matters. He is responsible for supervising and coordinating litigation for
the firm throughout New England and other regions of the country. Mr. Campbell serves as trial
counsel for Ford, Honda, Mitsubishi, Toyota, Paccar, Crown, Raymond, Marriott, and Home
Depot, USA. Mr. Campbell is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and an Advocate
of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He is a member of the ABOTA National Board of
Directors, the current Director of the International Association of Defense Counsel’s Trial
Academy, past Director of the American Bar Association’s National Trial Academy, Past
President of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers' Association, and former member of the
Defense Research Institute’s Board of Directors.
Mr. Voke concentrates his practice on the defense of premises liability, products liability,
employment and negligence cases. He has several reported decisions from litigation in both
state and federal courts. He is a Past President of the Massachusetts Defense Lawyers
Association and a member of the American Bar Association, where he serves on the Products,
General Liability and Consumer Law Committee of the Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section.
He is a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association's Civil Litigation Section and the Defense
Research Institute. He is also a member of the International Association of Defense Counsel.
